As part of a plea agreement, 86 counts were dismissed.

Montgomery also designated Kent a Tier II sex offender, which will require him to register his address with his local sheriff’s office every six months for 25 years.

The Dayton Police Department opened an investigation after receiving a referral from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force that Kent reportedly had child sexual abuse material on his Dropbox cloud storage account, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

He was arrested in April at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, according to jail records. At the time of his arrest he was listed as active-duty military, the prosecutor’s office said.
